Get started with the basic kettlebell movements:

-Deadlift

-Swing

-Goblet Squat

-Get Up

Learn the basics with out having to set foot in the gym. Complete with drills to help you nail down safe and effective technique and sample work outs to help you get the most out of what you're learning.
